Rachel Johnson
Rachel has been in the travel and hospitality industry for over 9 years, first, opening hotels around the country, then in global hotel sales and most recently using the experience and relationships she’s gained to serve as Chief Sales Officer at a luxury travel agency.
With a mission to create equity within the industry and have total control over client relationships and experience, she has co-founded Collective Travel Design alongside her mom, Kimily.

Kimily has over 35 years of corporate experience in consulting and technology services and understands first hand how important downtime is to maintaining a balanced and healthy lifestyle.
Be it a weekend alone, an extended vacation with family and friends, or even corporate travel, Kimily is excited to partner with her daughter, Rachel, in co-founding Collective Travel Design, an independent travel firm with the autonomy to find experiences that meet your needs so that you can relax and enjoy your vacation.
