Terms and Conditions - The Luxe List Rewards Program (effective May 1, 2025)

  1. Introduction

    • The promoter of The Luxe List Rewards Program (“Program”) is Collective Travel Design LLC (“Promoter”).

    • By participating in the Program, each participant agrees to these terms and conditions.

  2. Eligibility and Enrollment

    • Enrollment in the Program is automatically triggered by completing a trip booked through the Promoter.

    • If you have traveled through the Promoter, you are already eligible for the Program.

  3. Points Earning Activities

    • Eligible point-earning activities commence on May 1, 2025. Activities completed before this date are not eligible for points.

    • Points are awarded for completed trips, as well as other specified activities. All points earning activities are documented on the Program website at: https://www.TheLuxeList.vip

    • Paid upgrades or additional services not booked through the Promoter are ineligible for points.

  4. Points Allocation

    • Points are rewarded at the beginning of each month based on completed activities from the previous month.

    • Points will be awarded to only one traveler on each trip itinerary. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the primary point of contact will receive the points.

    • Booking confirmation statements from the Promoter will describe the number of estimated points to be earned from travel. To dispute this estimate, you must contact the Promoter prior to your departure.

    • Estimated points may differ from Actual points due to changes in rates, changes in itinerary, etc. These adjustments could be made up to 3 months after the completion of a trip.

  5. Point Usage and Limitations

    • Points are not transferable and hold no cash value.

    • Points do not expire.

    • Rewards are subject to availability and may change without notice.

  6. Program Modifications

    • The Promoter reserves the right to discontinue the Program or modify the terms and conditions at any time.

  7. Redemption of Points

    • Requests to redeem points for rewards will be made by submitting the redemption form at collectivetraveldesign.com/rewards.

    • Requested awards are subject to availability.

    • Redemption requests will be processed in the order in which they are received. The Promoter will make every effort to process requests within five business days.

    • Processing, shipping and delivery times will vary.

  8. Exclusions

    • For corporate clients, new employees within the business will not be counted as referrals for earning points or rewards.

    • The portion of travel services booked as part of a giveaway are not eligible for points or rewards. The portion of travel services that exceed the value of the giveaway are eligible for points and rewards.

General Terms

    • These terms and conditions form part of your contract with the Promoter. By participating in the Program, you agree to abide by them.

    • Any disputes or inquiries regarding the Program must be made in writing to the Promoter’s customer service department at hello@collective.travel.

    • You may opt-out or discontinue your participation in the Program by writing to the Promoter’s customer service department at hello@collective.travel.

    • The Promoter is not responsible for any errors or omissions in these terms or any communication regarding the Program.
