Delta Medallion Gold Status Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. SPONSOR

The Delta Medallion Gold Status Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by Collective Travel Design and is accessible at https://www.collectivetraveldesign.com/delta-gold-giveaway-2026 (the "Sponsor"). This Giveaway is not affiliated with, sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Delta Airlines.

2. ELIGIBILITY

The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the United States who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry. To be eligible to participate, an entrant must:

  • Have traveled or booked with Collective Travel Design.

  • Possess a valid Delta SkyMiles account.

  • Comply with all requirements set forth in these Official Rules.

Employees, officers, and directors of Collective Travel Design, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

3. ENTRY PERIOD

The Giveaway begins on March 4, 2026, at 12:00 AM ET and ends on March 15, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET (the "Entry Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will be disqualified.

4. HOW TO ENTER

To enter the Giveaway, eligible participants must complete the following steps during the Entry Period:

  • Access the official Giveaway Entry Form provided by Collective Travel Design.

  • Provide their full name, valid email address, valid phone number, and their valid Delta SkyMiles account number.

  • Upload an original video testimonial of at least thirty seconds in length (the "Submission") regarding their experience with Collective Travel Design.

5. LICENSE AND USE OF SUBMISSIONS

By submitting a video testimonial, the entrant grants Collective Travel Design a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free, sub-licensable right and license to use, reproduce, edit, display, transmit, prepare derivative works of, modify, publish, and otherwise make use of the Submission in any and all media, including but not limited to the Sponsor's website, social media channels, and marketing materials, for any purpose, including promotional and advertising purposes, without further compensation or notice.

6. PRIZE DESCRIPTION

One (1) winner will receive one (1) Delta Medallion Gold status (the "Prize"). 

  • The Prize consists solely of the elevation of the winner's existing SkyMiles account to Gold Medallion status for the duration of the current program year (as defined by Delta Air Lines).

  • The Prize is non-transferable, and no substitution or cash equivalent is permitted.

  • The winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes, if any, as well as any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein.

  • The fulfillment of the Prize is subject to Delta Air Lines’ internal processing times and terms.

7. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

The winner will be selected from among all eligible entries received during the Entry Period based on a random drawing. The selection will take place on or about March 15, 2026. The potential winner will be notified via the email address provided at the time of entry. If a potential winner cannot be contacted within five (5) business days, or fails to provide any requested information, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

8. NO AFFILIATION WITH DELTA AIR LINES, INC.

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Delta Air Lines, Inc. Participants acknowledge that Delta Air Lines, Inc. bears no liability or responsibility for any element of this promotion. All inquiries regarding the Giveaway should be directed to Collective Travel Design and not to Delta Air Lines.

9. RELEASE AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

By participating in the Giveaway, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Collective Travel Design, Delta Air Lines, Inc., and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use of the Prize, including, but not limited to: (a) any technical errors that may prevent an entrant from submitting an entry; (b) unauthorized human intervention in the Giveaway; (c) printing errors; (d) errors in the administration of the Giveaway or the processing of entries; or (e) injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Giveaway or receipt of the Prize.

10. PRIVACY

Information collected from entrants is subject to Collective Travel Design’s Privacy Policy. By entering, you grant Sponsor permission to share your SkyMiles number with Delta Air Lines for the sole purpose of prize fulfillment.

11. DISPUTES

Entrant agrees that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Giveaway shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in the State of Texas; and (b) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event attorneys' fees.

11A. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Collective Travel Design is headquartered.

12. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Collective Travel Design reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Giveaway, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
