FAQs

  • Start your journey by submitting a detailed concierge request, where your group leader outlines your dreams and budget. CTD will craft a personalized action plan, followed by a 30-minute video rendezvous with the group leader to finalize the details.

To secure your spot, simply settle the concierge service fee 30 days before departure. Should your wanderlust spur you into action closer to departure, a swift $150 rush fee ensures we're ready to serve between 14 and 29 days before your departure. Note, requests placed less than 13 days prior to departure will be evaluated on a case by case basis.

  • During the consultation, we’ll review your group’s needs, budget, and preferences. We’ll finalize key details and address any specific requests.

  • Our concierge service fee covers personalized trip planning, including tailored itineraries, group coordination, premium bookings (hotels, transfers, activities, and dining), and ongoing support to ensure a seamless travel experience.

  • Our versatile service extends even to those booking hotels outside of CTD. Enjoy this bespoke experience for $500 with two to eight explorers, $750 for nine to 20, or $1,000 for 21 or more thrill-seekers.

  • Airfare is not included in the concierge service fee, but we provide Business and First-Class airfare monitoring and booking as part of our premium offerings.

  • If your group size increases or decreases, let us know as soon as possible. Adjustments may affect fees or availability for accommodations and activities, and we’ll work to accommodate any changes seamlessly.

  • Not at all. We can coordinate travel for group members coming from multiple locations and ensure everyone’s arrival aligns with the itinerary.

  • We recommend appointing one primary group leader for clear communication.
