International Women's Day Giveaway Terms and Conditions – Dell Technologies Event
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. SPONSOR
The "International Women's Day Giveaway" (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by Collective Travel Design, with a principal place of business in Texas (“Sponsor”). This giveaway is not affiliated with, sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Delta Airlines or Dell Technologies.
2. ELIGIBILITY
The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Collective Travel Design, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate. To be eligible, entrants must be attendees of the International Women’s Day event held at Dell Technologies in Round Rock, TX, on March 9, 2026.
3. ENTRY PERIOD
Entries must be received by 11:59 PM Central Time (CT) on March 9, 2026 (the “Entry Period”). Entries submitted after the Entry Period will be disqualified.
4. HOW TO ENTER
To enter, eligible participants must complete the official entry form provided by Sponsor during the event. The form requires the following information:

Valid Email Address
Valid Phone Number
Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries from the same person will result in disqualification.
5. PRIZE
The prize consists of one (1) Delta Medallion Gold status (the "Prize"). The Prize is non-transferable, and no substitution or cash equivalent is permitted, except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Delta SkyMiles account terms and conditions apply. Sponsor is not responsible for any changes to Delta Airlines’ loyalty program or the winner’s inability to use the Prize due to airline restrictions.
6. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will be conducted within seven (7) days following the close of the Entry Period. The potential winner will be notified via the email address or phone number provided at the time of entry. If a potential winner cannot be reached within forty-eight (48) hours of the first notification attempt, the Prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
7. PUBLICITY AND PRIVACY
By participating, entrants grant Collective Travel Design the right to use their name and likeness for marketing, promotional, and advertising purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. Personal information collected in connection with this Giveaway will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy and may be used to send future promotional communications regarding luxury travel services and the Luxe List rewards program. Entrants may opt out of these communications at any time.
8. RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By entering, participants release and hold harmless Collective Travel Design, Dell Technologies, Delta Airlines, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Giveaway or the receipt, possession, or use of the Prize.
9. GOVERNING LAW
The Giveaway and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of this Giveaway shall be resolved individually in the courts located in or serving Round Rock, Texas.
